Dear Raquel,
I apologize if I offended you. Although I do believe this is a “fictional” picture of a starving man. I also believe that this was a great illustration to prompt people to examine what they are being fed spiritually. While you are hung up on the physical aspect, you may have missed the more weightier matter which was intended for the spiritual application.

I believe the picture may be real. Though whether it’s fictional or not. We didn’t starve the poor fellow. I’ve seen dozens of holocaust victim photos that depict starvation. It’s unfortunate things like this happens. But that’s one of the very results of work of sin and evilness in high places. The high place oftentimes can be the pulpit. We chose to shed light on the matter on lack, malnutrition and starvation in a different form. As Deacon Butler expressed the photo is to be viewed so the viewer can correlate the picture to the message. I believe if the Spirit had a physical body. This is what he would look like if not being actually totally dead in some of the so called “believers” life.
