Lionel Harvey, Deacon Tim Butler, and four other Deacons.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">Deacon Butler was the pursuing Deacon, and subsequently he was sat down.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Deacon Tim Butler and others have since been referred to as devils.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>JESUS said if they have persecuted Me, they will also persecute you (Jn 15:17-20).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>So we will pick up our cross and follow Jesus.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We are also reminded of what the Apostle Paul said …. My departure may be at hand, but we have vowed to fight a good fight, to finish our course, and to keep the faith.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">Some members at this Church are deceived because they do not know the WORD of God, and they do not know how to rightfully divide the word of truth.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">The pastor was approached after the allegations were verified by at least three different people including the alleged woman herself.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>We now have the proof of some kind of relationship that was going on between the two of them.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">Some church members look at us funny when we continue to sit down while the church is giving the pastor a standing ovation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>The reason why we don’t stand up with the church is because the reason for the standing ovation is not true.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Someone would read a card during announcement time that would say:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">We thank you pastor for always being here for us when we need you.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>You make yourself available 24 hrs a day for us.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">   </span>……..<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Not only is this not true, we hear you have to wait about two to three months to have a meeting with the pastor.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>But they look at us funny when we refuse to stand up with the church for a lie.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">Now if they would say that the Pastor loves New Castle, we would stand up for that.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>If they would say the Pastor fights hard to get the best for New Castle, we would even stand up for that..<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>But we will not stand up just because everyone else is standing.</span></p>

Harvey continued to call all of us Devils, and he said “All of you could go straight to HELL with gasoline drawers (underwears) on”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He also said if we were that unhappy with being at this Church, then we should leave.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Maybe the Pastor has not read the Bible, or maybe he does not understand it.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Because from Moses to Joshua, from Joshua to Samuel, from Samuel to Jeremiah, from Jeremiah to Ezekiel, and from Jesus to all of the men of God, there is no where in the Bible where it tells the believer to run from adversity.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>In fact (Esph 6:13) says Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We must inform you Pastor, that we get our instruction from God and His Word.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We will stand until God says otherwise.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">Either the Pastor does not know the Word, or he is hoping that the people do not know the Word.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Because there is no where in biblical reference where the Bible says you can put Satan out of the church or any other place for that matter.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Jesus did say that you can rebuke Satan out of a person, but He never once said you could prevent Satan access to a particular place.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Because (Job 1:7) says that Satan has free access to roam to and fro, and up and down the earth.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>So what is the Pastor really saying when he says “he is going to put Satan out”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>What he is really saying is he is going to put us out and he wants the people to believe that he is putting Satan out.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>This is not the word of God, this is DECEPTION.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">Someone please ask the Pastor, what was Jesus talking about in (Mat 13:24-30) when He said, Do not pluck out the Tares, but let the Wheat and the Tares grow up together?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We are not Tares, but even if we were, Jesus said let the Wheat and the Tares grow up together, and do not pluck the Tares out.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">Now the true question is:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Why does the Pastor really want to put us out of the church.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Could it be that he wants to preach (Ephesian 5:3-5) which reads:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(3)<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(5)<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>For this you know, that no WHOREMONGER, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">If the Pastor kick us out of the church, then he would preach (Esph 5:3-5) without any problem.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He realizes that he has to eventually preach these scriptures because the congregation is beginning to wonder why hasn’t he preached it yet.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He has been preaching from the book of Ephesian in chronological order, for about a year to a year and a half.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The congregation is waiting for him to preach these scriptures, and to see the demeanor on his face when he does.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">The husband of this alleged woman has said, that he has tried to reach out to the Pastor on several occasions but the Pastor has been avoiding him. The husband of this alleged woman believes that the Pastor will not council him and his family because of the guilt.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>This family has been torn apart and this Pastor would probably blame this on us.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>But what the Pastor does not want you to know is that these allegations began to surface in May, of 2003,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">   </span>And Deacon Butler did not hear about these allegations until July, of 2003, two months later <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">after</em></strong> these allegations had already surfaced.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>When Deacon Butler first heard these allegations, he defended the Pastor all the way.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>But only after a member of our church went to Deacon Butler and told him that the woman herself had confessed to having an affair with the Pastor, did Deacon Butler approach the Pastor.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If these allegations began surfacing in May, of 2003, and Deacon Butler went to the Pastor in July, 2003, two months later, you do the math, who started these allegations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>But yet, the Pastor would have you to believe that Deacon Butler started this whole thing.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">A few families have been hurt throughout all of this, and we need to pray for everyone who has been affected by this.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We say “For God we live and for God we die.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Do we really mean this?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If we do, we need to start standing up for What Is Right?</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">It has been brought to our attention that Rev. Harvey had instructed the two chairmen of the Deacon Board to call a meeting, and Rev. Watson (The Moderator of The Eastern Baptist Association) was invited to this meeting.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Rev. Harvey was not in attendance.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>At this meeting, Rev. Watson asked the Deacons what do they want to do with the members who questioned Rev. Harvey about an alleged affair?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>It was told that all of the Deacons looked astonished and puzzled, but Deacon Harvey, (The Pastor’s Father) said, “Kick them out!”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The Pastor said that he is going to evict the devils out at the next church meeting on 10/28/03.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">We weren’t surprised to hear this because the Bible warns us on what to expect in the END TIMES.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Jesus said in (Jn 15:20), “The servant is not greater than his lord.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Then in (Jn 16:2), Jesus also said, “They shall put you out of the synagogues (church):<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>yea the time cometh, that whoever killeth you will think that he is doing the will of God”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We also believe that if Jesus was here on earth today, that some of the religious leaders today would even attempt to put Him out of their churches as well.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>EVERY TIME Jesus referred to the Devil deceiving the multitude, He always spoke about the leadership deceiving the multitude.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">When Rev. Harvey first came to this church, he was always available, always at the church, and he preached about Love.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The church membership grew and we had a wonderful fellowship and looked forward to going to church every Sunday.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The membership is still strong, but the message about Love has been recently replaced with a message about the Devil.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>It seems like the last few Sundays all he has been preaching about is:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The Devil.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>You should mark the Devil.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Don’t listen to the Devil.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The Devil is in our church.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We are going to pray the Devil out.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We bind the Devil in The Name of JESUS.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The Devil is going to have to leave this place.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The Devil this. The Devil that. The Devil, Devil, Devil.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>But what seems to amaze us the most about this new kind of preaching is that a few of the members actually get excited and start shouting, “preach Pastor, preach”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>That must be the reason why they can not rightfully divide the word of truth.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If this is the only word that they are receiving, then what else should you expect?</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">Do not be fooled by the number of people who are still in attendance at our church,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>the multitude even followed the Pharisees.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We know that many people are drawn to the First Baptist Church because of all the members who attend and all of the cars that swamp our parking lots.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We believe that the overflow of the membership was due to the way Rev. Harvey used to preach about love.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Surely the people can not be attracted by this new kind of preaching, you would hope not.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>This may also be the reason why there is an uneasy feeling spreading among the membership.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Rev. Harvey, you need to go back to what got The Church to where it is today.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">The Bible gives us clear instructions on when to put someone out of your fellowship.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(1Cor 5:11-13) The Apostle Paul identifies six particular types of sins that gives the church a reason to put someone out or to sit someone down:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(1) Fornication<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(2) Covetous<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(3) Idolatry<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(4) Slandering<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(5) Drunkardness<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>(6) Stealing.</span></p>

Harvey preaches, he refers to us as Devils because he says we are trying to <span style="text-decoration: underline;">SLANDER</span> his name.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If we were slandering his name, then he is right for seeking to put us out, or at least sitting us down.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>But it should first be determined if what we are saying is slander or is it true.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We have the proof that there was some kind of affair going on between the two of them, but the Pastor nor the church want to see the proof.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The only way you could honestly say that we slandered his name is if we had maliciously made up this entire story without cause.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The Pastor and the church should have demanded that we provide them with the proof of these allegations or leave the church at once.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Someone needs to tell Rev. Harvey either he needs to ask us for the evidence or he needs to leave this funny kind of preaching out of the church.</span></p>

Harvey says put them out for slandering, but he never said at anytime to the church let them prove their allegations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Wouldn’t this be the appropriate thing to do, or should the Pastor just be able to say, Kick them out because HE says it’s slander.</span></p>

Harvey called an emergency Deacon’s meeting on the Friday, September 5, 2003, he told the entire Deacon board that he was sitting Deacon Butler down.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>It is very important to note, the reason that Rev. Harvey gave for sitting Deacon Butler down.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Rev. Harvey said that he sat Deacon Butler down because <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Deacon Butler said that he was not for the Pastor</strong>.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Deacon Butler said that he never told the Pastor this.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He said what he told the Pastor is that the Deacons are for the Pastor first and for the Church second, but he (Deacon Butler), said that he is for the Church first and the Pastor second.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>And at no time did he ever say that <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">he was not for the Pastor</strong>.</span></p>

Harvey gave to the Deacons for sitting Deacon Butler down was because he said that Deacon Butler said that he was not for the Pastor.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Not only wasn’t this true, but even if it was true, this would not be a legitimate reason for sitting a Deacon down.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>But now Rev. Harvey would have you to believe that he sat Deacon Butler down for SLANDERING.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If Rev. Harvey sat Deacon Butler down for SLANDERING, why did he tell the Deacon Board on September 5, 2003, that <span style="color: #000000;">he was sitting him down because Deacon Butler said he is not for the Pastor?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The reason why Rev. Harvey is changing his reason for sitting Deacon Butler down is because he wants to blame Deacon Butler for starting these allegations, and this would give him a legitimate reason for sitting Deacon Butler down.</span></span></p>

Inspectors</strong> came up empty in their search for weapons of mass destruction, now President Bush wants everyone to believe that The United States went to war to liberate the Iraqi people.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Something is very suspicious when a person keeps changing the reason for why he did something.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>The Bible says in (Ja 1:8) “A double minded man is <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">unstable</span></strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">in</span> <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ALL</span></strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">of</span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">his</span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">ways</span>”.</span></p>

Watson (Moderator of the Easter Baptist Association)<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>presided over the entire meeting.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Rev. Watson said right from the start, that he was for the Pastor, “No Matter What”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Rev. Watson suggested that the church put us out.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Every time Deacon Butler went to defend himself, Rev. Watson interrupted him and said he could not give the church any explanation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>As we walked out of the church, some members were shouting, “bye, bye Devils”.</span></p>

Harvey to stand up on the pews and put his feet on top of the podium while he is preaching?</span></span></p>

Harvey to avoid speaking to certain members in his congregation?</span></p>

Watson (Moderator of the Eastern Baptist Association), was acting as <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">Prosecutor</strong>.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>When we first saw Rev. Watson, we were relieved because we felt that we would be afforded a fair hearing.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>But we were WRONG.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Rev. Watson was dressed up in sheep’s clothing, but he quickly leaped over and plunged into us like a RAVING wolf.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He instructed the people to vote us out, and he explained to them why we should not be allowed to remain in the fellowship.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He stopped Deacon Butler from defending himself by instructing him that he couldn’t speak.</span></p>

Watson said “you didn’t commit any sin, or any immoral act, but they should KICK you out because you do not share the same vision as the Pastor”.</span></p>

Lionel Harvey.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Deacon Butler has always considered the CHURCH first.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He denied himself, each year he went up State to Saratoga Springs to help chaperone the youth of First Baptist.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He volunteered his time every year to work with the youth at Vacation Bible School.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Every time the Church would ask Deacon Butler to finance an event, he was always there for the Church.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He spent his own money to buy candy for all of the church programs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He was known as ‘The Candy Man’.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>He gave THOUSANDS of dollars to members of the church and also bought automobiles for a few members in the congregation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>So I guess you are right Rev. Watson, Deacon Butler does not share the same vision as Rev. Harvey. It has been brought to Deacon Butler’s attention that the reason Rev. Harvey hates him is because he has shed LIGHT on a SINFUL situation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Before he shed Light on the allege allegations, Deacon Butler was HIGHLY FAVORED among the Pastor and the Church.</span></p>

Harvey first (In Private), then he went to the Deacons, and then he went to one of Rev. Harvey calling this particular woman Numerous times on her cell phone and at her job.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Maybe Rev. Harvey never called this woman at her house because she resides with her husband and her two children.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If nothing was going on, why didn’t he ever call her at home.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Had the deacons spoken to the alleged woman’s husband, they would have known that the woman confessed the allegation to him.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If Rev. Harvey was counseling this woman like he supposed, why was he calling her in the ‘wee’ hours of the morning (12am, 1am, and 2am)?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Why did Rev. Harvey spend over a total of (1200) minutes on the telephone with this <span style="text-decoration: underline;">ONE</span> member, while other members have to wait two to three months before they can see the Pastor?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Why was Rev. Harvey calling her at her job and spending up to one hour per conversation with her?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Why did this woman call the Marriott Hotel in Stamford Connecticut from her cell phone the same two days that a hotel receipt shows Rev. Harvey staying there?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>How did she know he was there?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>These are just SOME of the improprieties that the Deacons would have discovered had they investigated these allegations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Although the evidence would have shown all of this, the Deacon Board would rather listen to the Pastor say he is innocent than view the evidence.</span></p>

Harvey, we are not intimidated when you sit in the pulpit and pull your pants leg up high enough so we could see the gun that you carry in your ankle holster.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>We asked the Police about that gun and they told us that you received your pistol license in July of 2003, and you purchased your first handgun in August of 2003.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>You nor your gun put any fear in our hearts because the Bible says “Fear not the one who is able to kill the body, but rather fear Him who is able to killed both the body and soul in Hell fire”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>And if you did kill us, the Bible also says “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>If your Deacon Board really loved you, they would advise you to consider getting rid of that gun.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Because the Bible says “if you live by the sword, you will <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">die</strong> by the sword”.</span></p>

Watson (Moderator of the Eastern Baptist Association), would not involve himself in this matter due to a previous statement that he made stating that he did not come to mediate, because he is for the Pastor.</span></p>

Jakes</strong>.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>You need someone in your corner to give you godly advice by telling you not to let the Church or any one lift you up on a throne.</span></p>

Harvey may be having some kind of relationship with.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Two of the three other females are Preachers of the gospel who Rev. Harvey seems to have a habit of calling (1:am and 2:am) in the morning.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>One of these Ministers stated at a women’s conference held at the First Baptist Church of Westbury, that anytime you receive a telephone call at (2: o’clock in the morning), it is a “<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Booty Call</strong>”.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Is it a “Booty Call” when Rev. Harvey telephone records shows him calling her at 2: o’clock in the morning?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>And the third female is either seventeen or eighteen years old.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Rev Harvey you better clean up your act, or better yet, like you always say, “You better check yourself, before you wreck yourself”.</span></p>
