There were many allegations being made about the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Westbury, NY. These allegations were alleging that the pastor, Rev. Lionel Harvey was sleeping around with a few women including sister Sharon Little of our church.

A meeting was called and in attendance was: The Rev. Lionel Harvey, Deacon Tim Butler, and four other Deacons.

Deacon Butler was the pursuing Deacon, and subsequently he was sat down.  Deacon Tim Butler and others have since been referred to as devils.  JESUS said if they have persecuted Me, they will also persecute you (Jn 15:17-20).  So we will pick up our cross and follow Jesus.  We are also reminded of what the Apostle Paul said …. My departure may be at hand, but we have vowed to fight a good fight, to finish our course, and to keep the faith.

Some members at this Church are deceived because they do not know the WORD of God, and they do not know how to rightfully divide the word of truth.

* They say that we brought confusion to the church, and … “God is not the author of confusion”.

 
* But little do they know, the confusion was caused by the sin (adultery), and not by the person who exposed it.  SIN is the author of confusion.  God is the author of repentance.

i.e.:  When King David, the anointed man of God had committed adultery, Nathan pointed out David’s sin.  If there was any confusion, it was caused by the sin and not the messenger.

The pastor was approached after the allegations were verified by at least three different people including the alleged woman herself.  We now have the proof of some kind of relationship that was going on between the two of them.

Some church members look at us funny when we continue to sit down while the church is giving the pastor a standing ovation.  The reason why we don’t stand up with the church is because the reason for the standing ovation is not true.  Someone would read a card during announcement time that would say:

We thank you pastor for always being here for us when we need you.  You make yourself available 24 hrs a day for us.   ……..  Not only is this not true, we hear you have to wait about two to three months to have a meeting with the pastor.  But they look at us funny when we refuse to stand up with the church for a lie.

Now if they would say that the Pastor loves New Castle, we would stand up for that.  If they would say the Pastor fights hard to get the best for New Castle, we would even stand up for that..  But we will not stand up just because everyone else is standing.

The fact of the matter is most of the members don’t even agree with what they are standing for.  The only reason why they stand up is because they do not want people looking at them funny.  But we are sorry, you can look at us funny all you want, we will not stand up for a lie.

On last Sunday Rev. Harvey continued to call all of us Devils, and he said “All of you could go straight to HELL with gasoline drawers (underwears) on”.  He also said if we were that unhappy with being at this Church, then we should leave.  Maybe the Pastor has not read the Bible, or maybe he does not understand it.  Because from Moses to Joshua, from Joshua to Samuel, from Samuel to Jeremiah, from Jeremiah to Ezekiel, and from Jesus to all of the men of God, there is no where in the Bible where it tells the believer to run from adversity.  In fact (Esph 6:13) says Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.  We must inform you Pastor, that we get our instruction from God and His Word.  We will stand until God says otherwise.

Either the Pastor does not know the Word, or he is hoping that the people do not know the Word.  Because there is no where in biblical reference where the Bible says you can put Satan out of the church or any other place for that matter.  Jesus did say that you can rebuke Satan out of a person, but He never once said you could prevent Satan access to a particular place.  Because (Job 1:7) says that Satan has free access to roam to and fro, and up and down the earth.  So what is the Pastor really saying when he says “he is going to put Satan out”.  What he is really saying is he is going to put us out and he wants the people to believe that he is putting Satan out.  This is not the word of God, this is DECEPTION.

Someone please ask the Pastor, what was Jesus talking about in (Mat 13:24-30) when He said, Do not pluck out the Tares, but let the Wheat and the Tares grow up together?  We are not Tares, but even if we were, Jesus said let the Wheat and the Tares grow up together, and do not pluck the Tares out.

Now the true question is:  Why does the Pastor really want to put us out of the church.  Could it be that he wants to preach (Ephesian 5:3-5) which reads:  (3)  But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;  (5)  For this you know, that no WHOREMONGER, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

If the Pastor kick us out of the church, then he would preach (Esph 5:3-5) without any problem.  He realizes that he has to eventually preach these scriptures because the congregation is beginning to wonder why hasn’t he preached it yet.  He has been preaching from the book of Ephesian in chronological order, for about a year to a year and a half.  The congregation is waiting for him to preach these scriptures, and to see the demeanor on his face when he does.

The husband of this alleged woman has said, that he has tried to reach out to the Pastor on several occasions but the Pastor has been avoiding him. The husband of this alleged woman believes that the Pastor will not council him and his family because of the guilt.  This family has been torn apart and this Pastor would probably blame this on us.  But what the Pastor does not want you to know is that these allegations began to surface in May, of 2003,   And Deacon Butler did not hear about these allegations until July, of 2003, two months later after these allegations had already surfaced.  When Deacon Butler first heard these allegations, he defended the Pastor all the way.  But only after a member of our church went to Deacon Butler and told him that the woman herself had confessed to having an affair with the Pastor, did Deacon Butler approach the Pastor.  If these allegations began surfacing in May, of 2003, and Deacon Butler went to the Pastor in July, 2003, two months later, you do the math, who started these allegations.  But yet, the Pastor would have you to believe that Deacon Butler started this whole thing.

A few families have been hurt throughout all of this, and we need to pray for everyone who has been affected by this.  We say “For God we live and for God we die.  Do we really mean this?  If we do, we need to start standing up for What Is Right?

It has been brought to our attention that Rev. Harvey had instructed the two chairmen of the Deacon Board to call a meeting, and Rev. Watson (The Moderator of The Eastern Baptist Association) was invited to this meeting.  Rev. Harvey was not in attendance.  At this meeting, Rev. Watson asked the Deacons what do they want to do with the members who questioned Rev. Harvey about an alleged affair?  It was told that all of the Deacons looked astonished and puzzled, but Deacon Harvey, (The Pastor’s Father) said, “Kick them out!”.  The Pastor said that he is going to evict the devils out at the next church meeting on 10/28/03.

We weren’t surprised to hear this because the Bible warns us on what to expect in the END TIMES.  Jesus said in (Jn 15:20), “The servant is not greater than his lord.  If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you”.  Then in (Jn 16:2), Jesus also said, “They shall put you out of the synagogues (church):  yea the time cometh, that whoever killeth you will think that he is doing the will of God”.  We also believe that if Jesus was here on earth today, that some of the religious leaders today would even attempt to put Him out of their churches as well.  EVERY TIME Jesus referred to the Devil deceiving the multitude, He always spoke about the leadership deceiving the multitude.

When Rev. Harvey first came to this church, he was always available, always at the church, and he preached about Love.  The church membership grew and we had a wonderful fellowship and looked forward to going to church every Sunday.  The membership is still strong, but the message about Love has been recently replaced with a message about the Devil.  It seems like the last few Sundays all he has been preaching about is:  The Devil.  You should mark the Devil.  Don’t listen to the Devil.  The Devil is in our church.  We are going to pray the Devil out.  We bind the Devil in The Name of JESUS.  The Devil is going to have to leave this place.  The Devil this. The Devil that. The Devil, Devil, Devil.  But what seems to amaze us the most about this new kind of preaching is that a few of the members actually get excited and start shouting, “preach Pastor, preach”.  That must be the reason why they can not rightfully divide the word of truth.  If this is the only word that they are receiving, then what else should you expect?

Do not be fooled by the number of people who are still in attendance at our church,  the multitude even followed the Pharisees.  We know that many people are drawn to the First Baptist Church because of all the members who attend and all of the cars that swamp our parking lots.  We believe that the overflow of the membership was due to the way Rev. Harvey used to preach about love.  Surely the people can not be attracted by this new kind of preaching, you would hope not.  This may also be the reason why there is an uneasy feeling spreading among the membership.  Rev. Harvey, you need to go back to what got The Church to where it is today.

(Rev 2:1-5) (1) Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write;  These things saith He that holdeth the seven stars in His right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; (2) I know thy works, and thy labor, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: (4) Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. (5) Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

The true believer had better put on the whole armor of God, because we believe the RAPTURE is near and we are going to have to usher in the beginning of the TRIBULATION PERIOD before Jesus Christ comes back and crack the Skies.

The Bible gives us clear instructions on when to put someone out of your fellowship.  (1Cor 5:11-13) The Apostle Paul identifies six particular types of sins that gives the church a reason to put someone out or to sit someone down:  (1) Fornication  (2) Covetous  (3) Idolatry  (4) Slandering  (5) Drunkardness  (6) Stealing.

When Rev. Harvey preaches, he refers to us as Devils because he says we are trying to SLANDER his name.  If we were slandering his name, then he is right for seeking to put us out, or at least sitting us down.  But it should first be determined if what we are saying is slander or is it true.  We have the proof that there was some kind of affair going on between the two of them, but the Pastor nor the church want to see the proof.  The only way you could honestly say that we slandered his name is if we had maliciously made up this entire story without cause.  The Pastor and the church should have demanded that we provide them with the proof of these allegations or leave the church at once.  Someone needs to tell Rev. Harvey either he needs to ask us for the evidence or he needs to leave this funny kind of preaching out of the church.

It doesn’t matter how badly it hurts, but if the allegations are true, then this is not slander.  It is mighty strange that Rev. Harvey says put them out for slandering, but he never said at anytime to the church let them prove their allegations.  Wouldn’t this be the appropriate thing to do, or should the Pastor just be able to say, Kick them out because HE says it’s slander.

If it is SLANDER, we agree, put us out or sit us down.  If it is ADULTERY, what do we do?

So the real question is:

·  Is it SLANDER? ……. or ……. Is it ADULTERY?
·  Is it a LIE? ……. or ……. Is it the TRUTH?
·  Are we Devils? .. or .. Are we being persecuted for telling the Pastor that his actions were wrong?

These are the questions, ……. Now what are the answers?

The Pastor would have you to believe that our motives were to stop the work of God or to destroy his marriage, or to have him put out of the church for committing adultery.  But this is a one sided (deceptive) view, and is in no way true.  The only thing that we wanted to do is to let the Pastor know that this matter was effecting our church.  We were trying to do what was right for the sake of the church.

We all have a biblical obligation to do What Is Right and not what is popular because (Ja 4:17) says, He who know to do right and do not do it, has committed sin. God will hold all of us accountable.

We will continue to pray that God would have His perfect will in our church.  Regardless of what happens to us, we will always continue to pray for the church and all of it’s members.

When Rev. Harvey called an emergency Deacon’s meeting on the Friday, September 5, 2003, he told the entire Deacon board that he was sitting Deacon Butler down.  It is very important to note, the reason that Rev. Harvey gave for sitting Deacon Butler down.  Rev. Harvey said that he sat Deacon Butler down because Deacon Butler said that he was not for the Pastor.  Deacon Butler said that he never told the Pastor this.  He said what he told the Pastor is that the Deacons are for the Pastor first and for the Church second, but he (Deacon Butler), said that he is for the Church first and the Pastor second.  And at no time did he ever say that he was not for the Pastor.

This is very important to note, because the reason Rev. Harvey gave to the Deacons for sitting Deacon Butler down was because he said that Deacon Butler said that he was not for the Pastor.  Not only wasn’t this true, but even if it was true, this would not be a legitimate reason for sitting a Deacon down.  But now Rev. Harvey would have you to believe that he sat Deacon Butler down for SLANDERING.  If Rev. Harvey sat Deacon Butler down for SLANDERING, why did he tell the Deacon Board on September 5, 2003, that he was sitting him down because Deacon Butler said he is not for the Pastor?  The reason why Rev. Harvey is changing his reason for sitting Deacon Butler down is because he wants to blame Deacon Butler for starting these allegations, and this would give him a legitimate reason for sitting Deacon Butler down.

This situation reminds me of something that President Bush would do.  President Bush publicly stated to the world that The United States was going to war with Iraq because Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.  But after the U.N. Inspectors came up empty in their search for weapons of mass destruction, now President Bush wants everyone to believe that The United States went to war to liberate the Iraqi people.  Something is very suspicious when a person keeps changing the reason for why he did something.  The Bible says in (Ja 1:8) “A double minded man is unstable in ALL of his ways”.

The real question is:  Why did Rev. Harvey really sit Deacon Butler down?

The real answer is:   Deacon Butler questioned Rev. Harvey about this alleged affair, and Rev. Harvey probably felt that he had to get rid of him before Deacon Butler start speaking to the other Deacons.

At the church meeting held on Tuesday, October 28, 2003,  Rev. Watson (Moderator of the Easter Baptist Association)  presided over the entire meeting.  Rev. Watson said right from the start, that he was for the Pastor, “No Matter What”.  Rev. Watson suggested that the church put us out.  Every time Deacon Butler went to defend himself, Rev. Watson interrupted him and said he could not give the church any explanation.  As we walked out of the church, some members were shouting, “bye, bye Devils”.

Could it be the Holy Spirit that tells Rev. Harvey to stand up on the pews and put his feet on top of the podium while he is preaching?

Could it be the Holy Spirit that tells Rev. Harvey to say, “Don’t hate the PLAYER, hate the GAME?

Could it be the Holy Spirit that tells Rev. Harvey to say, “They could all go straight to HELL with gasoline drawers (underwears) on”?  Pastor, how could you wish that ANYONE would go straight to HELL?

Do you think that it is the Holy Spirit that tells Rev. Harvey to avoid speaking to certain members in his congregation?

If this is not the Holy Spirit that is telling Rev. Harvey to do all of these things, then who is it?

Let someone else stand up on the pews and do and say some of these things that Rev. Harvey do and say, Rev Harvey would probably call that person a Devil.  But what would he call himself for doing this?

The Bible says in (Ephs 4:26), Be ye angry, and sin not:  let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

We know that the Pastor is angry because we are angry too, but we refuse to say some of the things that we hear the pastor saying.  You are right when you are preaching and you say “Don’t hate the PLAYER, hate the game.  We don’t hate the PLAYER, but we do hate the game that the PLAYER is playing. (ADULTRY)

At a meeting held with a few Deacons and the Pastor in July, of 2003, Rev. Harvey said he also heard some rumors about Deacon Butler.  He said that he had heard that Deacon Butler had a sexual relationship with one of the Burks’ sisters.  This might have sound believable because Deacon Butler had hired one of the Burks’ sisters to work for him.  But Deacon Butler laughed when Rev. Harvey told him this, because he knew that this wasn’t true.

The question we ask is why would a person get so upset over an allegation that is not true?  Because the Bible says “Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad when people falsely accuse you, for greater is your reward in heaven”.  Maybe that is why Deacon Butler doesn’t let it bother him when Rev. Harvey falsely accused him of being the Devil, for greater is his reward in heaven.

Rev. Harvey, you should be very careful with the nasty negative words you use when you preach, although you later apologize.  Because the Bible says, the words that comes out of our mouths, comes from the depths of our heart (Mt 12:34).

Some people have said what about all of the good that that Rev. Harvey has done?  This is a question that man would ask, but listen to what God has to say about this.  God said in (Ezk 18:24)  When the righteous man turn away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live?  All his righteousness that he hath done SHALL NOT be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them SHALL HE DIE.

The Bible says it will come a time that the believer must shake the dust off of their feet (Mark 6:11).  We stood up to the GIANT, and we did what God instructed us to do.  Now we believe that its time for us to shake the dust off of our feet and to move on to the next phase.

As some of you may already know, we have been excommunicated from the First Baptist Church of Westbury.  There was a church meeting held on Tuesday, October 28, 2003 and at this meeting Rev. Watson (Moderator of the Eastern Baptist Association), was acting as Prosecutor.  When we first saw Rev. Watson, we were relieved because we felt that we would be afforded a fair hearing.  But we were WRONG.  Rev. Watson was dressed up in sheep’s clothing, but he quickly leaped over and plunged into us like a RAVING wolf.  He instructed the people to vote us out, and he explained to them why we should not be allowed to remain in the fellowship.  He stopped Deacon Butler from defending himself by instructing him that he couldn’t speak.

Deacon Butler was stopped every time he tried to defend himself.  Rev. Watson SHUT HIM DOWN!  Deacon Butler asked Rev. Watson why was he being voted out?  Rev. Watson said “you didn’t commit any sin, or any immoral act, but they should KICK you out because you do not share the same vision as the Pastor”.

We must agree!, Deacon Butler does not share the same vision as the Pastor, because the Pastor’s vision is a SELF – CENTERED vision, and the focus is on how to better Rev. Lionel Harvey.  Deacon Butler has always considered the CHURCH first.  He denied himself, each year he went up State to Saratoga Springs to help chaperone the youth of First Baptist.  He volunteered his time every year to work with the youth at Vacation Bible School.  Every time the Church would ask Deacon Butler to finance an event, he was always there for the Church.  He spent his own money to buy candy for all of the church programs.  He was known as ‘The Candy Man’.  He gave THOUSANDS of dollars to members of the church and also bought automobiles for a few members in the congregation.  So I guess you are right Rev. Watson, Deacon Butler does not share the same vision as Rev. Harvey. It has been brought to Deacon Butler’s attention that the reason Rev. Harvey hates him is because he has shed LIGHT on a SINFUL situation.  Before he shed Light on the allege allegations, Deacon Butler was HIGHLY FAVORED among the Pastor and the Church.

After speaking to our attorneys, and The Nassau County Police, we realized that the Church vote did not mean anything as far as stopping us from participating in the Sunday morning services.  In fact, the Police said that we could call 911 if anyone from the First Baptist Church tried to physically prevent us from entering into the Church.  In spite of the Church’s illegal vote on Tuesday, we still attended services on Sunday morning.

We do not understand why Rev. Harvey spends the first half of each sermon attacking us from the pulpit by calling us Devils, but yet he spends the second half of his sermon trying to convince the Church that he will not spend time speaking about the devils in the church.  It was also stated that the people were not upset with Deacon Butler for exposing this situation, but they were upset because he went public with it.  You should know that Deacon Butler went to Rev. Harvey first (In Private), then he went to the Deacons, and then he went to one of Rev. Harvey’s sisters.  Although no one listen to him, they still say, why air “dirty laundry”?  Well maybe they do not know much about the 66 books in the Bible, because if they did, they would have known that this one book consist of 66  different books containing SINFUL  MAN’S  DIRTY  LAUNDRY.

(2 Sa 11:2-5), tells about King David’s Adulterous affair “Dirty Laundry”.  (Gen 19:4,5), tells about Homosexual men of Sodom & Gomorrah, “Dirty Laundry”. (Judg 16:18,19), tells about Samson and his Lustful Affair with Delilah, “Dirty Laundry”. (2 Sam 13:10-14), tells about David’s son Amnon Raping his half sister, “Dirty Laundry”. (1 Cor 5:1), tells about a Man Fornicating with his father’s wife “Dirty Laundry”.  The question is, why did God want this “Dirty Laundry” to be aired and published throughout the entire world, for every generation?  Could it be for DOCTRINE, TEACHING, CORRECTION, and INSTRUCTION in RIGHTEOUSNESS?

We should  be more concerned about correcting the sin, rather than hiding the sin.  If you are angry with Deacon Butler for PUBLICLY exposing the sin, then you should also be upset with God for inspiring godly men to write and PUBLISH (66) books containing the children of Israel’s “Dirty Laundry” which transcends from GENERATION to GENERATION.

The Deacon Board at First Baptist failed to mediate a meeting between Rev. Harvey and Deacon Butler.  The Deacon Board failed to investigate the allegations that were brought to Deacon Butler’s attention by a Church member.  Had the Deacon Board investigated this situation they would have been given telephone records that would have shown Rev. Harvey calling this particular woman Numerous times on her cell phone and at her job.  Maybe Rev. Harvey never called this woman at her house because she resides with her husband and her two children.  If nothing was going on, why didn’t he ever call her at home.  Had the deacons spoken to the alleged woman’s husband, they would have known that the woman confessed the allegation to him.  If Rev. Harvey was counseling this woman like he supposed, why was he calling her in the ‘wee’ hours of the morning (12am, 1am, and 2am)?  Why did Rev. Harvey spend over a total of (1200) minutes on the telephone with this ONE member, while other members have to wait two to three months before they can see the Pastor?  Why was Rev. Harvey calling her at her job and spending up to one hour per conversation with her?  Why did this woman call the Marriott Hotel in Stamford Connecticut from her cell phone the same two days that a hotel receipt shows Rev. Harvey staying there?  How did she know he was there?  These are just SOME of the improprieties that the Deacons would have discovered had they investigated these allegations.  Although the evidence would have shown all of this, the Deacon Board would rather listen to the Pastor say he is innocent than view the evidence.

Now if the Deacons had done what God fearing Deacons should have done, then this matter would have been brought before the Church and properly handled “in house”.

Deacon Butler only decided to fight back and defend himself after the Pastor sat him down and began to infer to him as the Devil each week.  Deacon Butler wanted the Church to know that what the Pastor was saying about him from the Pulpit each week was a lie.  What Rev. Harvey should have done is sat Deacon Butler down and continued to PREACH the WORD.  We blame the Deacon Board for failing to mediate a meeting between the Pastor and Deacon Butler.  We blame the Deacon Board for failing to tell the Pastor that he needs to stop with the foolish preaching and PREACH the WORD.

To Rev. Harvey:

Dear Rev. Harvey,

We are writing to you because you have cut off ALL communication with us, and your Deacon Board has failed to mediate any type of dialog between the two sides.

We do not understand how you could have the audacity to stand behind the holy pulpit, take off your jacket, and spin around as if you were modeling for the congregation and say: “Don’t I look good”?  “I wear thousand dollars suits”, “I drive a Mercedes Benz, and I drive a Lincoln Navigator”, and “no body is going to whip my Butt”.

Rev. Harvey, we are not intimidated when you sit in the pulpit and pull your pants leg up high enough so we could see the gun that you carry in your ankle holster.  We asked the Police about that gun and they told us that you received your pistol license in July of 2003, and you purchased your first handgun in August of 2003.  You nor your gun put any fear in our hearts because the Bible says “Fear not the one who is able to kill the body, but rather fear Him who is able to killed both the body and soul in Hell fire”.  And if you did kill us, the Bible also says “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.  If your Deacon Board really loved you, they would advise you to consider getting rid of that gun.  Because the Bible says “if you live by the sword, you will die by the sword”.

We will continue to pray for you and your family.

To all of the Preachers who say that we are Preacher BASHING:

We never at anytime said that all Preachers are Adulterers.  We never said that all Preachers were bad, and for that matter we never said that Rev. Harvey was bad.  All we did was inform the people on what Rev. Harvey has been saying and doing in the House of God from behind the pulpit.  If Rev. Harvey wasn’t doing and saying all of these things, then we wouldn’t have anything to report.  So don’t blame the reporter, blame the perpetrator.

We never said that Rev. Harvey was a Devil, we told you that he called all of us Devils.

 
We never told Rev. Harvey to go STRAIGHT to Hell with gasoline drawers on, we told you that Rev. Harvey told all of us to go STRAIGHT to Hell with gasoline drawers on.

 
We never said that Rev. Harvey was a PLAYER, we told you that Rev. Harvey said “Don’t hate the PLAYER, hate the GAME.”   And we don’t hate the PLAYER, we hate the GAME!

If you are upset with us, it should be for INFORMING the people and not for BASHING.  Rev. Harvey used (The Pulpit) and the House of God to BASH us, and we used the Community Journal to INFORM the people.  We strongly believe that most Preachers are God fearing men who live holy lives.

In response to the letter written by Rev. Corley three weeks ago in the Community Journal:

Dear Rev. Corley,

PLEASE !

Brothers and Sisters for What Is Right!

This battle is about to get ugly.  We are forced to take the First Baptist Church of Westbury to court because of the Sovereignty that Rev. Harvey has.  We are now making an appeal to any Pastor, Preacher, Evangelist, Deacon or any strong Christian who is able to mediate a meeting between Rev. Harvey and Deacon Butler.  We are making this urgent appeal due to the fact that we are taking this matter to court after we have tried to exhaust all other alternatives.  We are requesting that Rev. Watson (Moderator of the Eastern Baptist Association), would not involve himself in this matter due to a previous statement that he made stating that he did not come to mediate, because he is for the Pastor.

We have already contacted various media outlets and we are awaiting their decision on whether or not they would cover this story.  We are also planning to hold an open forum to be held at an undetermined location and date.  We will be informing the readers about this forum at a later date.  The forum will not be about the alleged sin, but rather about how a Pastor could avoid meeting with a person, infer to that person as a Devil, divide the congregation and KICK a member out of the congregation while threatening to have that member arrested if the member lay foot on the Churches’ property.  This Sovereign kind of dictatorship needs to stop IMMEDIATELY.

We would also like to thank all of the people who have shown us support and love over the last few weeks.  We thank all of you who have been fasting and praying for us as well.  The LORD told us like He told the Apostle Paul in (Acts 18:9,10), Speak and Hold not thy peace, for I am with thee, and I have much people in the City.  We thank our God continuously for all of you who have encouraged us by calling and reaching out to us during our time of persecution.

Why can’t we resolve this matter?  …  Why won’t someone step up to the plate?

As we stated before, this battle is about to get ugly.  We are forced to take the First Baptist Church of Westbury to court because of the Sovereign power that the Church has given Rev. Harvey.  We are now making another appeal to any Pastor, Preacher, Evangelist, Deacon or any strong Christian who would be willing to mediate a meeting between Rev. Harvey and Deacon Butler.

Dear Rev. Harvey,

We do not blame you for playing the roll of God at First Baptist Church, we blame the members for putting you on that high pedestal.  When Deacon Shelton says we, (First Baptist) should do all that we could to keep you because so many other Churches desire to have you, don’t you think for a second that God can’t replace you.  The Church pays you a salary of $165,000 per year with an additional miscellaneous spending package of $55,000, giving you a total of $220,000 per year without counting all of the other various offerings that you receive each week.  So don’t you think for a minute that you can’t be replaced, because for that kind of money, the Church could afford to pay T.D. Jakes.  You need someone in your corner to give you godly advice by telling you not to let the Church or any one lift you up on a throne.

If this matter does not get mediated, we will be informing every one of the upcoming court actions.  We will be giving you the time, date, place and room number of each court appearance.  At the court procedures there will be some additional information introduced into evidence that was discovered during this investigation.  The additional information would show that there are at least three other females that Rev. Harvey may be having some kind of relationship with.  Two of the three other females are Preachers of the gospel who Rev. Harvey seems to have a habit of calling (1:am and 2:am) in the morning.  One of these Ministers stated at a women’s conference held at the First Baptist Church of Westbury, that anytime you receive a telephone call at (2: o’clock in the morning), it is a “Booty Call”.  Is it a “Booty Call” when Rev. Harvey telephone records shows him calling her at 2: o’clock in the morning?  And the third female is either seventeen or eighteen years old.  Rev Harvey you better clean up your act, or better yet, like you always say, “You better check yourself, before you wreck yourself”.

Rev. Harvey, before you went creeping down to the wrong precinct to try to find out who gave us the information about your pistol license and hand gun, we could have told you that it came from the 3^rd precinct.  We only went to the 3^rd precinct after you continued to brandish your gun each week while you sat in the pulpit.  We wanted to know if you had a license for that gun.

To all of those who would say, that we caused all of the confusion at First Baptist:

Read (1 Kings 18:1-18)

There was a famine in Samaria and God told Elijah to show himself to the wicked king named Ahab; and God would send rain upon the land.  (vs. 17)  And it came to pass, when Elijah saw King Ahab, and Ahab said unto Elijah, Art thou he that caused confusion in Israel?  (vs. 18)  And Elijah answered, I have not troubled Israel; but thou has, in that ye have forsaken the commandments of the LORD.

To the First Baptist Church of Westbury:

Why does Rev. Harvey tell all of the members of First Baptist to fast every Wednesday? …. If we are not living right, will God be pleased with our sacrifices?

(Isaiah 1:13)  Bring no more vain offerings; your incense is an abomination unto me;  (vs. 14)  Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.  (vs. 15)  And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you:  yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.  (vs. 16)  Wash and be clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;  (vs. 17)  Learn to do well;

Woe unto them who call evil good, and call wrong right (Isaiah 5:20).

God ALWAYS sends a warning before He sends His Wrath.  The warning is sent to cause a person to repent.  And if the person repents, then God holds back His Wrath and He sends MERCY in its place.  God desires to send Mercy, but if there is no repentance, God is forced to send His Wrath.  ….  PLEASE  REPENT!
